Destinus is an international and dynamic company. We design and manufacture turbines and package them. Our Hengelo office exists of approx. 50 colleagues and the HR department exists of one HR Manager. English is the main language we speak with each other. Taken

In the role of HR intern, you will work together with the HR Manager of Destinus Hengelo, Jacqueline Hetkämper. You will support her with:

• (International) Recruitment.
• On and offboarding.
• Training and development.
• Health management.
• Advising and supporting (line) Management.
• Ensuring that administrative HR tasks are handled timely and correctly in close cooperation with the HR Manager.
  
  
  

Vereisten

• Vocational Level 4 or equivalent.
• You speak and write English fluently, and you can speak Dutch.
• Strong communication skills.
• Well-organized, reliable, and responsible personality.
