Destinus is searching for a motivated and experienced Commercial manager aftermarket to join our service team. Do you see it as a challenge to ensure that all LTSA contracts are in order and presented to the customer in a professional manner? As a Commercial Manager aftermarket, you will be responsible for all commercial aftermarket activities of our service team. That includes but is not limited to:
- Setting up and closing new LTSA contracts. Maintain and manage the commercial part of the LTSA contracts.
- Set up and maintain service agreements and is the main contact for Destinus OPRA’s service partners.
- Negotiating with customers.
- Achieving sales targets, from spare parts sales, services, training and improvement programs, searching actively for additional sales within the installed base.
- Monitoring the progress of aftermarket projects.
- Creates and maintains a healthy relationship with the customers and has clear communication internal and external, actively visit customers and promotes Destinus.
- In escalation and conflicts, the Commercial manager reports and advises management on the strategy to follow.
- Fostering cooperation among individuals and departments in the areas of sharing resources and information and working together to accomplish company goals.Identifying and managing commercial risks.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Manager
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Highly developed attention to details
- Strong analytical skills
