• Mechanical design of gas turbine components and assemblie
s
• Perform FEA simulations and basic calculations to support the design proces
s
• Participate and/or lead technical investigation
s
• Set up and qualify suppliers and manufacturing processes in collaboration with our supply chai
n
• Setting up and managing development projects and task
s
• Mentoring of junior engineer
s
• Providing technical support to Supply chain, Operations and Field Servic
e

s
• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar with an MEng, MSc, or equivalen
t
• Working knowledge in mechanical design of gas turbine component
s
• Fluency in written and spoken Englis
h
• Software skills including SolidWorks or equivalen
t
• Experience with FE

• Knowledge about high-temperature materials is an advantag
e
• Knowledge about manufacturing processes is an advantag

• Experience from lifetime assessments of gas turbine components is an advantag
