.We are seeking an experienced UAV Operations Lead to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of UAV testing and logistics. This role is pivotal in organizing and prioritizing testing activities between Europe and Western Ukraine while managing team operations, equipment logistics, and personnel movements. Acting as a key bridge between the R&D team and the testing team, you will ensure that testing objectives align with project timelines and operational constraints. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a proven track record in managing technical operations and logistics.
