We are seeking a highly motivated Transformation Manager to spearhead our strategic expansion into the regulated European aerospace and defence markets. This is a critical leadership role that requires a deep understanding of complex regulatory frameworks, as well as the ability to drive organizational change and operational excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Business Development Team developing and implementing strategies to ensure full compliance with stringent industry regulations and standards. You will work in a team to align internal processes, systems, and resources with the unique demands of the aerospace and defence sectors. This includes define process optimization, enhancing security protocols, and ensuring quality assurance measures are integrated across all business units.
A key aspect of the position involves identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry bodies, and supply chain partners. You will play a vital role in building relationships that enhance our market positioning and facilitate long-term growth.
The ideal candidate will possess project management skills, a proven track record in leading transformational initiatives in the defense business sector, and a strong understanding of European regulatory landscapes. A background in aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated industries is highly desirable together with an understanding of the drone industry.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Engineering, Law, International Relations, or a related fiel d
- 3-5 years of experience in aerospace, defence, or a similarly regulated industry, with involvement in market expansion, regulatory affairs, or project managemen t
- Demonstrated experience contributing to market entry initiatives or international business projects, preferably in the EU or NATO-aligned market s
- Good understanding of European defence regulations, export controls, and supply chain requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply key standard s
