What You’ll Do

• Lead the Charge: Conduct management system assessments to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

• Drive Excellence: Identify areas for improvement and provide clear, actionable insights to elevate our quality standards.

• Guide the Way: Prepare and deliver comprehensive assessment reports, ensuring stakeholders understand compliance decisions and corrective actions.

• Shape the Future: Recommend the issue, re-issue, or withdrawal of certifications in alignment with industry standards and company policies.

• Lead & Inspire: Manage assessment teams, ensuring a high level of service while fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

• Be the Bridge: Act as the technical liaison between regulatory bodies, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Strengthen Partnerships: Develop lasting relationships with stakeholders, reinforcing trust and long-term collaboration.

Must-Have:

✔ Experience conducting quality system and assessments within industrial, technological, or aerospace environments.

✔ Strong knowledge of BSI requirements and quality management best practices.

✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.

✔ Outstanding communication and reporting skills—you can turn complex findings into clear, actionable insights.

✔ English proficiency (it’s our working language!).

Nice-to-Have:

➕ Prior experience in quality consulting within aerospace sector.

➕ Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
