Functional Expert in Procurement, Production, and Warehousing MS Dynamics 365

The Functional Expert Procurement, Production, and Warehousing play a key role in implementing and improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory operations.
The functional expert acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and external contractors for implementing advanced large configurations, gradually taking over customization responsibilities and developing his competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and key users to analyze and document business requirements for procurement, production, and warehousing processes.
- Configure and deploy MS Dynamics 365 modules for:
- Procurement and Sourcing, Production Control, Inventory and Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Management
- Collaborate, if required, with external consultants to perform system customizations and advanced configurations, to internalize deep technical expertise.
- Design and develop dashboards, workflows, reports, and analytics to support operational decision-making and to align with business needs.
- Verify correctness and modify data in the system for purchasing, manufacturing and logistics processes to correct user and system errors.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing user support for system usage and updates.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues, escalating complex problems to vendors or external consultants when necessary.
- Gradually take responsibility for advanced technical configurations, including workflows, setting up production parameters, inventory rules, and complex workflows.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, including functional designs, process workflows, user manuals, and training materials, adhering to the company's approved documentation standards.
- Expertise in MS Dynamics 365 Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management functionality.
- Experience in several MS Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
- Training certificates confirming competencies in MS Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with ERP system architecture, and configuration principles.
- Ability to learn and manage advanced system settings and customizations.
- In-depth understanding of procurement, production planning, and inventory control processes.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with experience in ERP implementations.
- Proficiency in business process modeling and description using standard methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skil
- Good level of English proficiency
