As an Analyst, Corporate Finance, you´ll oversee the day-to-day cash management activities for the company’s operations across multiple international locations, including the Netherlands, France, Spain, and Germany. This role requires close collaboration with the Shared Service Centre to manage banking linkages for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Additionally, you will manage cash pooling, intercompany loans, and related documentation, as well as execute foreign exchange transactions in alignment with the company's financial framework agreed upon by the CFO and Treasurer.

What You´ll Do
- Cash Management:
- Oversee daily cash positions for all international entities and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational requirements.
- Maintain close cooperation with the shared service centre to optimise working capital through management of payables and receivables
- Manage cash pooling arrangements, including intercompany funding and ensuring optimal use of available cash across different jurisdictions.
- Monitor cash inflows and outflows to ensure compliance with internal cash management policies.
- Banking Linkages:
- Collaborate with the Shared Service Centre to ensure efficient and timely operation of banking linkages related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Respond to bank KYC requests and maintain relevant information on group entities and directors up to date at all times
- Intercompany Loans:
- Manage the execution and documentation of intercompany loans, including interest calculations and repayment schedules.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all intercompany financial transactions and maintain proper documentation as per corporate guidelines.
- Foreign Exchange Management:
- Execute foreign exchange transactions in accordance with the framework established by the CFO and Treasurer.
- Monitor currency exposure and work with the finance team to manage and mitigate risks associated with foreign exchange fluctuations.
- Bank relationships
- Respond to bank KYC requests and maintain relevant information on group entities and directors at all times
- Maintain a register of all Group bank accounts. Review status and close unnecessary/dormant bank accounts
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting potential risks or opportunities.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciling cash positions and intercompany transactions.
- Compliance & Controls:
- Manage and maintain all banking accesses ensuring these are up to date and in accordance with the Group signatory policy
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements related to cash management and foreign exchange.
- Support audits and internal controls processes, ensuring full transparency and accuracy in cash management activities.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within cash management and related areas.
- Work to streamline operations and automate manual processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in cash management or treasury related roles
- Good understanding of cash pooling, intercompany financing, and foreign exchange management.
- Experience with financial systems and banking platforms, particularly in managing AP/AR processes.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages (Dutch, French, German, or Spanish) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
