What You’ll Do

Multi-Year Financial Planning & Strategic Forecasting

  • Lead the multi-year financial planning process, providing insights to the CEO and CFO to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct financial stress testing and scenario modeling to assess the resilience of the company's business model under different economic conditions.
  • Develop and refine capital allocation strategies, ensuring optimal distribution of resources across business units and investment opportunities.

Strategic Financial Analysis & Business Decision Support

  • Perform in-depth financial analysis for strategic projects, new business initiatives, and expansion opportunities, providing clear recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead scenario analysis to assess potential financial and operational impacts of strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Investment Strategy

  • Oversee financial due diligence for M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, ensuring thorough risk assessment and valuation accuracy.
  • Develop and present investment cases to senior leadership, assessing feasibility, ROI, and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Support post-merger integration efforts, ensuring financial alignment and realization of synergies.

Risk Management & Financial Governance

  • Design and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, identifying and mitigating financial, operational, and market risks.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and finance teams to establish robust financial controls and governance mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.

Process Improvement & Financial Systems Optimization

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensure seamless integration between strategic planning tools and ERP systems, driving automation and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Continuously refine financial models, methodologies, and reporting frameworks to enhance decision-making capabilities.

What You´ll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in MNC. Experience in working in an international context, both at business and corporate levels and in times of growth or undergoing major transformation/change is a must.
  • Good understanding of financial statements and processes
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and tooling.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages (Dutch, French, German, or Spanish) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
