What You´ll Do
- People Operations: Own and optimize core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, compensation cycles, benefits administration, leave management, and employee data governance.
- HR Systems & Compliance: Manage and improve HRIS ensuring data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in workflows, automation, and service delivery models to ensure an efficient and employee-centric HR function.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Serve as the go-to person for HR operations policies and procedures, supporting managers and employees throughout their journey with the company.
- Data & Reporting: Provide insights and dashboards on headcount, attrition, compensation, and other key HR metrics to senior leadership.
- Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and SOPs aligned with business goals and local legal requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure alignment and a seamless employee experience.
- Vendor & Payroll Oversight: Coordinate with external vendors for benefits, payroll, and systems support, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) a plus.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of employment law, payroll, benefits, and compliance in Spain.
- Experience implementing or managing an HRIS platform.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and scaling processes in fast-growth environments.
- English is a must.
