Imagine this. You're on the shop floor, surrounded by the sleek contours of next-gen UAVs, tools in hand, and blueprints dancing in your mind. As UAV Production technician, you're not just assembling machines—you’re shaping the future of aerospace defense. Every connection you make, every wire you route, every system you calibrate, brings cutting-edge autonomous flight to life. This isn’t a job. It’s a mission.

At Destinus, we are revolutionizing the defense industry with cutting-edge Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Our innovative technologies are designed to meet the unique demands of modern defense operations, delivering unparalleled speed, precision, and cost effectiveness. Destinus partners with government agencies and defense organizations worldwide to provide advanced solutions for mission-critical operations, enabling a new era of efficiency and technological superiority. Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Join a high-impact production team where your hands bring ideas to life
  • Fabricate components from metals, composites, plastics, and electronics that form the core of our UAV platforms
  • Assemble, integrate, and install UAV systems—mechanical, electronic, electrical—with precision, following technical drawings and work instructions
  • Perform quality checks like a pro to catch every glitch before it flies
  • Run calibration and functional tests on entire systems to ensure peak performance
  • Troubleshoot and repair systems—mechanical, electrical, or electronic—like a tech detective
  • Keep rock-solid records of assembly, testing, and repairs so nothing slips through
  • Spot inefficiencies and drive improvements that level up our production game
  • Follow safety protocols and compliance rules like a guardian of quality and responsibility
  • A background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Metalwork, or a related field—certifications and proven experience can substitute where formal education doesn’t
  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on work in aerospace, UAVs, or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul)
  • Experience with UAVs, flight control systems, avionics, payloads, or communications hardware
  • Know-how in quality control systems, health and safety protocols, and regulatory compliance for aerial platforms
  • English fluency is key, and if you speak Ukrainian or German, that’s a huge plus
  • A steady hand, sharp eye, and obsession with precision

Who You Are

You take pride in your craft and thrive in environments where speed, precision, and purpose align. Most of all, you want your work to make an impact—and at Destinus, it absolutely does.
