Role Summary

The Head of Data will lead our data science and analytics teams, driving the strategic use of data across the company. This role involves overseeing the development and deployment of data models and ensuring the integrity and accessibility of data.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Strategy: Develop and execute data strategies that support the company's investment goals.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to build innovative data solutions.
• Analytics: Oversee the analytics functions to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Data Governance: Implement data management practices to ensure accuracy and privacy.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various teams to ensure that data solutions meet business needs.

• Proven experience as a data leader, preferably in the finance or tech industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create data-driven strategies.
• Experience managing large datasets and using modern data tools and programming languages.
