LPN’s perform routine tasks and are responsible for providing professional nursing care and services to residents and patients under the direction and supervision of the Nurse Supervisor.

The primary purpose of your position is to provide direct nursing care to long term and short term in accordance with current federal, state and local standards governing the facility to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

* Valid New York State License

* CPR/BLS certified

* One-year experience in long term care preferred
