•  Great Lakes Physician Practice is a group of Board-Certified Providers and Advanced Practice Providers providing care for the residents of several beautiful lakefront communities. 
•  Our network includes the primary care doctors, surgeons, and specialists.  
• Great Lakes Physician Practice doctors not only work closely together, but also with area hospitals, to ensure seamless health care for their patients.
• This practice provides the opportunity to be the consummate physician and practice the wide variety of medicine for which you were trained.
•   Ours is a busy practice located in Western New York.  
• Our cardiology practice has locations in Fredonia, Silver Creek, and Jamestown, NY.   
• Non-invasive cardiologist to join full service cardiology group of three full-time cardiologists.  
• Nuclear, echocardiography, and vascular certified programs.  
• Services include stress echo, 3D echo and TEE.  
• Office and diagnostic center located near the hospital. 
• The ideal physician is a cardiology fellowship-trained board certified/board eligible.
