Job Description:

We are seeking a Full Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team, primarily through asynchronous visits.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate medical and behavioral health conditions

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses

• Prescribe indicated medications and treatments with applicable prescriptive authority in your designated state(s)

• Conduct virtual exams while documenting findings

• Recommend and construct treatment plans

• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care, where applicable

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an advanced practice registered nurse

• Previous experience providing quality care to patients across the lifespan

• Current national certification in family practice through the ANCC or AANP

• Outstanding clinical expertise in evidence-based practice

• Competence in providing patient education

• Prescriptive authority in designated state(s)

• Above average comfort with technology and providing care via telehealth platform
