Requirements for Medical-surgical

• Minimum 2 years of experience and current New York State license required.
•  Must have Basic Life Support (BLS). Guaranteed Hours will be 36hrs.
• Travel experience preferred
• Annual CORE, Annual Core II, RN Pharmacology, Specialty Checklist, Specialty Exam
• Licenses: Nursys, RN License Search, RN License Verification, RN Registration
• Medical Records: 2nd Step PPD, COVID-19 Medical Exemption, COVID-19 Prescreening, COVID-19 Religious Exemption, COVID-19 Vaccine, Drug Screen, Fit Test, 
• Flu Vaccine, Flu Vaccine Declination, Hep B Declination, Hep B Titer, Hep B Vaccination, MMR, MMR Titer, PAPR Clearance, Physical, PPD, 
• Quantiferon Gold/TSpot/Chest X-Ray, Snellen Eye Exam, TB Questionnaire, Tdap, Varicella, Varicella Titer
• Shift timings: 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Requirements for ICU

• Certifications: BLS, BLS Instructor
• Annual CORE, Annual Core II, ECG Recognition, RN Pharmacology, Specialty Checklist, Specialty Exam
• Licenses: Nursys, RN License Search, RN License Verification, RN Registration
• Medical Records: 2nd Step PPD, COVID-19 Medical Exemption, COVID-19 Prescreening, COVID-19 Vaccine, Drug Screen, Fit Test, Fit Test - 3M 1860 N95, Flu Vaccine, 
• Flu Vaccine Declination, Hep B Declination, Hep B Titer, Hep B Vaccination, MMR, MMR Titer, PAPR Clearance, Physical, PPD, Quantiferon
