Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM

• We are looking for a devoted and skilled Contract Echocardiography Technician (Echo Tech) to work as a backfill in our CV Imaging Unit.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiography studies on patients as ordered by physicians.
• Operate and maintain echocardiography equipment to ensure accurate imaging.
• Record and analyze cardiac images, Doppler echocardiography, and other relevant data.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare providers to interpret and report findings.
• Assist in patient preparation and positioning for echocardiograms.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results and patient information.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.
• Provide exceptional patient care and communication throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Certification as an Echocardiography Technician is required.
• Previous experience in echocardiography is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in operating echocardiography equipment and software.
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
