We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry to join our dynamic healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care within the Surgical General department during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess patients in the Telemetry unit, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive and individualized care plans.
Utilize advanced telemetry technology to observe and interpret patients' heart rhythms, promptly identifying any abnormalities or changes.
Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and respond to emergent situations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team, providing updates and education as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care by participating in quality assurance initiatives and compliance with established protocols.

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in the state of Florida.
Prior experience in Telemetry or a related field is preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
Certification in Telemetry nursing is a plus.
