Currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical department in Davie, FL.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, and ensuring the well-being of our patients during their stay.

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient's condition.
Work closely with physicians, healthcare providers, and support staff to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to patient care.
Monitor and assess patient vital signs, administer medications, and coordinate treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care to promote optimal recovery.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Respond effectively to emergency situations, demonstrating quick thinking and efficient decision-making.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in the state of Florida.
Prior experience in a Medical-Surgical setting is preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.
Ability to adapt to changing patient conditions and healthcare protocols.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
