Job Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Telemetry team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• As an integral member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and providing care for patients in the Telemetry unit during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients' vital signs, telemetry data, and overall health status.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to respond to emergent situations promptly and efficiently.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Prior experience in Telemetry telemetry or progressive care is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a Telemetry Nursing Course.
• Knowledge of telemetry monitoring systems and interpretation of cardiac rhythms.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
