Job Description:

• Currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) located in Fort Pierce, FL.
• As an integral part of the healthcare team, the ICU RN will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care to those in critical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and update the medical team accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN).
• Advanced certifications related to ICU nursing.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
