Job Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team.
• This role requires a compassionate and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and manage patients' conditions, promptly identifying and responding to changes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments under physician orders and established protocols.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of experience as an RN, with a focus on critical care or ICU nursing.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) or related specialty.
• Experience with advanced monitoring and life support equipment.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
