Currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit(PCU) within the Cardiovascular Step-Down Unit (CVSU).
This role involves providing critical care to patients in the CVSU department.

Responsibilities:

Monitor patients in the Progressive Care Unit, specifically the Cardiovascular Step-Down Unit.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and responses to treatments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting observations, interventions, and outcomes.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues regarding patient care plans and progress.
Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and emergencies, initiating appropriate interventions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state.
Certification in Progressive Care Nursing is preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Experience in Progressive Care or a Cardiovascular Step-Down Unit is preferred.
