Job Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in telemetry to join our dynamic healthcare team.
• As a Telemetry Nurse in the ED Hold/TCU department, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and caring for patients requiring continuous telemetry monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, recognizing and reporting any abnormalities or changes in patient conditions promptly.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in the ED Hold/TCU department.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation of all interventions.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.

Requirements:

• Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
• Prior experience in Telemetry is preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proficient knowledge of telemetry monitoring equipment and interpretation of cardiac rhythms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Successful completion of a Telemetry Nursing course or equivalent training.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuing education and professional development.
