Job Details:

• Duration: Part-Time (10 hours per week)
• Shift: Weekdays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Schedule: Regular Business Hours
• Employment Type: Contract (1099), No Benefits
• Pay: 55% of all billable codes

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb abnormalities and diseases.
• Provide clinical care in patients' homes, independent living, assisted living, and long-term care facilities.
• Treat high-risk patient groups including the elderly and infirm.
• Create personalized care plans and educate patients on effective foot care practices.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records using our efficient EMR system.
• Collaborate closely with our home health and wound care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Own Malpractice Insurance
• Previous Experience in Mobile Care
• Experience with EMR
• No Need for Travel Expenses / Living in the Territory
