Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy for psychiatric and substance abuse patients
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create personalized care plans
- Ensure accurate patient documentation
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in social work/counseling or relevant licensure
- Licensed State: Indiana
- CPR & CPI certification within 30 days
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
- Group facilitation and work with adolescents
