Immediate Hiring Full Time Primary Care Physician in PA

Job Description:
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our established Primary Care practice in Eastwick, Southwest Philadelphia. This is a full-time, outpatient-only position that focuses on caring for patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages.
- Manage a traditional outpatient practice with no hospital rounding or nursing home visits.
- Maintain a manageable patient volume of 15–20 patients per day.
- Work collaboratively with a clinical wraparound support team under an ACO model.
- Utilize EPIC EMR to manage patient care and documentation.
- Participate in a shared call rotation (no weekends).
Qualifications:
- Board Certification or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Valid Pennsylvania medical license or willingness to obtain.
- DEA certification or eligibility to obtain.
- Clean malpractice history.
- Experience providing care for patients across the lifespan (pediatrics to geriatrics).
- New graduates within 5 years of training are welcome to apply.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $265,000 plus incentive opportunities.
