DirectShifts is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual behavioral therapy to children, teens, and young adults in need of care. We connect families with skilled professionals to address conditions such as ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma, as well as other personal challenges. What You’ll Do:
- Provide 100% telehealth therapy services to our children, teens, young adults and their families
- Meet with clients and their families regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Work collaboratively with our clinical team, including clinical psychologists, LMHCs and LCSWs
- Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to in-house policies
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve our clinical approach and processes in order to create the best experience for each family
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice psychotherapy or counseling independently (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience providing therapy to children, teens, and/or young adults
- Well versed in conducting effective CBT (various forms) through telehealth
- Strong track record of treating pediatric ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc.
- Enjoys working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
Additional Details:
- Flexible schedule - Choose your own hours
- 5 – 40 hours per week
- Pay Rate: 50$ to 80$/hr
