Mental Health Therapist| Remote| MA

We are seeking mission-driven, team-oriented therapists to join our interdisciplinary care team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and school health professionals. As a Spanish/Portuguese speaking Mental Health Therapist, you’ll provide telehealth services, including mental health assessments and therapy, to students in partner school districts.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with school staff, families, and providers, delivering short-term care (2-6 months), and contributing to program development.
Role Details:
Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (10-20 hours/week) or W2
Location: Fully remote
Requirements:
• Active Massachusetts mental health license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC)
• Bilingual in Spanish/Portuguese is preferred
• Experience with telehealth, evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, etc.), and working with schools
• Availability during and after school hours (e.g., 3-8 pm ET)
• Strong technological and collaboration skills
