We are seeking experienced and compassionate Telehealth Nurse Practitioners to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide remote medical consultations, ensuring high-quality patient care across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations using Epic EHR.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage patient care independently.
- Provide evidence-based treatment and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Adapt to evolving telehealth technologies and healthcare policies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Board certification in a relevant specialty.
- Valid NP license in any of the states : KY, WI, MN, IL, IN.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
- Currently or previously credentialed with any of the following facilities: University of Chicago Medicine, Deaconess Health System, or Allina Health System.
