We are seeking an In-Person Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our partner hospital in Jacksonville, North Carolina. This full-time role offers a structured schedule, collaborative team environment, and competitive compensation in an inpatient behavioral health setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care & Rounds: Provide high-quality psychiatric care, including initial assessments and follow-ups.
- Treatment Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly treatment team meetings (Monday – Friday) when covering a weekday shift.
- Admission & Call Coverage: Handle rotated daytime admission calls (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) and serve as backup for night call (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM) as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of inpatient PMHNP experience required.
- License: Active North Carolina PMHNP license required.
- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
Schedule & Work Setup:
📅 Full-time, Monday – Friday
⏰ 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
