Summary:
We're looking for an RN who can administer hormone injections in-home for patients going through fertility treatments, in accordance with established standards of care, as well as specific guidance and training provided. Services will include mixing medications provided by the fertility clinic per instructions provided, administering injections to patients, and training patients on how to self-administer injections themselves. Full training in all procedures will be provided during onboarding. We will also provide all specialized equipment required, and all personal protective equipment such as masks, hand sanitizer, gloves, etc.

You will be paid hourly for this engagement, as well as reimbursed for mileage at the IRS approved rate. You will likely have significant free time while you’re on the clock, but will need to be available for the entirety of your shift in the event that last minute appointments are scheduled.

Essential Functions:
-- Mix medications per instructions provided

-- Use provided mobile app to view patient schedule and locations
-- Drive to and from appointments (all mileage will be reimbursed)
-- Engage with patients in a professional and friendly manner
-- Ability to adapt in a rapid high-growth environment
-- Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours

Education:
-- Bachelor's Degree (BSN): Preferred

Work Experience:
-- Home health experience: Preferred
-- Fertility clinic experience: Preferred

Required Licenses/Certifications:
-- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
Valid driver’s license: Required
