Summary:
We're looking for an LVN/LPN with fertility experience who can administer hormone injections in-home for patients.
Nurses will guide patient through fertility treatments, in accordance with established standards of care. A refresher and training provided during onboarding.
Services will include mixing medications provided by the fertility clinic per instructions provided, administering injections to patients, and training patients on how to self-administer injections themselves.
Full training in all procedures will be provided during onboarding. We will also provide all specialized equipment required, and all personal protective equipment such as masks, hand sanitizer, gloves, etc.
You will be paid hourly not per engagement. Entire shift is paid, not based on patient volume. Additionally, mileage at the IRS approved rate will be offered.
Essential Functions:
-- Mix medications per instructions provided
-- Administer hormone injections
-- Train patients on proper mixing and self-administration of medications
-- Use provided mobile app to view patient schedule and locations
-- Drive to and from appointments (all mileage will be reimbursed)
-- Engage with patients in a professional and friendly manner
-- Ability to adapt in a rapid high-growth environment
-- Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours
You'll be successful with the following qualifications:
Work Experience:
-- Home health experience: Preferred
-- Fertility clinic experience: Required
Required Licenses/Certifications:
-- LVN/LPN licensure in the state of practice: Required
-- Valid driver’s license: Required
Shifts:
-- 5PM to 10PM
-- Shifts are offered 7 days week
Other:
-- Car to drive to and from appointments: Required
-- Smartphone to use provided mobile app: Required
-- COVID Vaccination is REQUIRED
