We provide a 24/7 virtual health platform, utilizing asynchronous text-based chat for delivery of high-quality, comprehensive primary care.

Experience:
- 5+ years of clinical experience in complex care, chronic care, and primary care
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Experience in digital-first healthcare (e.g. telemedicine), or an appetite for learning it now

Clinical work is provided in 4 hour shifts (across the 24 hours) and all clinicians are asked to work 2 weekend 4 hour shifts per month.

For those interested in full-time work (benefits eligible!), our virtual clinicians meet a minimum of 24+ hours of patient care per week.

We are looking for a progressive Nurse Practitioner to round out our team.

Here’s what you’ll do:

-- Provide best-in-class care for Galileo patients through a digital-first setting by leveraging our home-grown technology and your excellent clinical judgment.

-- The care visits are mostly urgent care in nature

-- Mostly Asynchronous visits with a few occasional phone visits

-- Ability to obtain a license in any state
