About The Role
We’re hiring our first Product Marketing Manager to help scale our product marketing motion at DraftWise. To date, DraftWise has successfully acquired some of the world’s biggest law firms and built up brand awareness and trust through traditional marketing channels. Now, the DraftWise marketing team is ready to deepen the connection between the product and the end-user through a customer-led lens.
In the product marketing function, you will become an expert on both the DraftWise platform and the customer. You will have the opportunity to shape product communications, develop messaging and positioning, and play a critical role in how we launch features and platform updates to new and existing markets and ICPs. You will be responsible for scaling one of our most important marketing motions, and we expect you to be comfortable taking a data-driven and customer-centric approach to the PMM role.

Responsibilities breakdown
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to build a scalable product marketing function at DraftWise.
- Deeply understand the customer pain points and successfully communicate how and why DraftWise addresses these pain points – translating this to the value proposition of the product.
- Stay up to date with the changing competitive landscape, particularly category shifts, new features, and M&A activities that impact the DraftWise GTM strategies.
- Build a strong working relationship with the Head of Product to fully understand the long and short-term product vision, and proactively ensure launch strategies align with product department priorities.
- Develop messaging and positioning memos for new and existing products and features on the DraftWise platform.
- Effectively manage small and large-scale product and feature launches, working cross-functionally to ensure maximum reach and ROI.
- Support continuous marketing site experiments and landing page optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand messaging performance, easing friction throughout sales conversations.
- Work closely with the customer team to understand how messaging and positioning updates are resonating with or shifting user perception of the product.
- Improve the product launch motion at DraftWise, staying up to date on the best MarTech and techniques for optimizing the customer journey and internal reporting.
- Develop an internal reporting system and efficiency metrics, and provide in-depth, documented analysis of messaging, positioning, and launch performance.

- 5+ years experience in a product marketing role at a B2B Series A or B company, owning the end-to-end launch strategy and reporting system
- Comfort with a data-first approach to marketing strategy and a willingness to own and iterate on internal operations, tools, and reporting systems.
- Familiarity with critical MarTech, including Webflow, Segment, Sendgrid, Salesforce, analytics tools, and more.
- Startup SaaS experience, especially in professional services, is a plus!
