• Product ownership, from building to deploying into customer environments
• Acquiring a deep understanding of the product in order to communicate it, maintain it, and build on top of it
• Working with customers to understand nuances of deploying our software in their environment

• 3+ years professional experience using Nodejs and Typescript
• Python proficiency
• Experience building a production grade API at scale
• Experience working on distributed systems
• Experience containerizing applications and deploying them in cloud environments
• Can perform well in a customer facing role
• Understands security best practices for working with sensitive data (PII)
• Experience implementing self-hosted software solutions, and relevant security implications
