Responsibilities:
- Planning and mapping potential Farmers / Land owners which are feasible to cooperate with Eden Farm based on the commodity and target demand requirements
- Conduct area mapping of the commodity resources and calculate the requirement commodity products per day to achieve the demand target
- Review Feasibility Study of the potential surveyed Land, which include soil analysis, timeline, cost estimation, productivity, harvest plan, plantation plan, revenue estimation, sharing profit analysis
- Controlling and monitoring of the Farming’s Projects from survey until harvest, which include on time delivery, quality as well as the quantity of the product
- Conduct Farmer’s Funding Projects evaluation and recommendations for improvement
- Oversee Farmer’s Funding Projects database and weekly reports
- Sharing knowledge and educate Farmers in relation with agronomy, company’s regulation, business, terms of payment, specification book, etc.
- Oversee for the warehouse operation, which includes inbound, outbound, inventory processes, make sure the operation runs smoothly and follow SOP
- Oversee the warehouse requirements planning and development efficiently, which includes manpower, equipment, logistic, etc.
- Maintain good relationship with Farmers and other related stakeholders as well as external parties to make sure the operation runs smoothly
- Overview and develop SOP and Specification book if required
- Conduct evaluation of the warehouse overall operation, which includes working efficiency of the team, output productivity, issues and concerns with strategic doable recommendations
- Make sure routine update stock list / stock opname happen
- Oversee subordinates works on the site, make sure they follow SOP and zero fraud
- Minimum Bachelor degree (in Agronomy is an advantage)
- Has a total 5 years of working experience
- Has been leading medium-size team or minimum of 5 subordinates as a Manager or Supervisor
- Able to operate basic level Microsoft Office
- Has a good presentation skill
- Has network Horticultural Farmers in west java region is an advantage
- Has experience to operate warehouse is an advantage
- Has knowledge on Warehouse Management System is an advantage
- Able to speak local language and understand local culture is an advantage
- Good knowledge on corps, pesticides, agriculture, agritech is an advantage
- Capable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work in ECF (Eden Collection Facility) Cipanas, West Java
