Our first step to achieving our mission is to transform the recruiting experience into an easy, human and fair process, for both candidates and companies with high-volume job openings.
Emi, our main product, is an A.I. recruitment assistant that enables companies to engage in a conversation with each applicant to detect interested and qualified individuals while saving Recruiters a huge amount of time by automating tasks such as screening, validating skills, scheduling interviews, and collecting documents.
We were part of Y-Combinator's Winter 2019 batch and in 2022 we have raised an $11M funding round co-led by Merus Capital and Khosla Ventures.
About Tech Implementation Team
Every customer at Emi has their own tailored version of our platform and AI conversation to meet their specific recruitment needs. Tech Implementation Team is in charge of building those versions of our platform to successfully implement our customers.
What you'll be doing
You’ll combine some scripting in Python (very simple coding) and client information and needs to create and improve candidate conversations, and their hiring process and build the best version of Emi for each customer.
You'll work closely with the Customer Success & Product teams to understand client needs and build solutions based on your deep understanding of our product and platform capabilities.
Tasks / Activities
- Design end-to-end conversational interactions by transforming business requirements into logical rules and product definitions.
- Collaborating with our internal product teams to improve our toolset and bot capabilities.
- Design and lead different types of testing, synthesize results, and iterate based on results to ensure customer-centric and flawless platform configuration.
- Monitor the performance of created conversation flows and improve them upon direct or indirect user feedback/usage insights.
- Analyze transcripts of user interactions and document their mental models and language in order to create grammar and interaction models.

- +1 year of work experience
- Analytical skills
- Detail-orientated and process driven
- Basic coding knowledge
- Ability to deliver quality work on a tight schedule
- Great prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proactivity to seek out opportunities to improve what we do and how we do it
- Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish
- Clear and simple communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
Nice to have
- Background in linguistics or AI.
- Expertise with Excel.
