As the People Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the People Operations team in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and records management.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including team gatherings, training sessions, and interviews.
- Assist in managing the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hire setup.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate files and records in our HR Information System.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Coordinate team engagement initiatives and events, in collaboration with the broader People Operations team.
- Assist with data entry tasks and generate reports as required.
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role or a similar administrative position.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in using HR software and digital tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach.
