Job Description

• Perform routine database maintenance to ensure accuracy and optimal functionality.
• Enrich leads by gathering and inputting additional necessary data, ensuring a comprehensive customer profile for the sales team.
• Confirm the Transport Management System (TMS) of generated leads.
  
• Perform data extraction for lead generation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the sales process and enhance lead quality.
• Monitor and report on key metrics related to lead generation and data maintenance.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated with industry trends and practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operations role within a sales team.
• Strong proficiency in database management and data enrichment tools.
• Familiarity with data extraction techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to work in PST (San Francisco) timezone.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
