Job Description

• Support Operations Workflows and Processes:
  • Assist in evaluating and improving existing processes within Operations.
  • Learn about the Operations and Sales structure and assist in recommending process improvements.
  • Support the review of policies and procedures, assisting in data analysis and report creation.
• Data and Product Optimization:
  • Help introduce metrics and tools to assess operations performance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to understand and communicate data/product needs.
• Project/Initiative Assistance:
  • Support project management activities and assist in executing initiatives set by leadership.
  • Contribute to understanding and addressing organizational bottlenecks.
  • Work with COO to manage existing initiatives and deals.
• Opportunity Identification/Assistance:
  • Identify and assess deals and opportunities.
  • Support the sharing of key findings with leadership and other relevant departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying opportunities and proposing actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate findings, proposals, and to foster effective cross-department collaboration.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of various data analytics tools, is a plus.
