Who We Need

We are looking for a Marketing Associate who will contribute to the overall success of the marketing team and the overall organization by supporting customer acquisition and helping drive revenue across multiple channels. Directly reporting to the the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing various marketing events to promote our products.

Job Description

• Event Management and Execution
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and online events.
  • Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to align event objectives with overall business goals.
  • Assist in developing strategies to maximize lead generation, attendee engagement, and interaction during events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials for events
  • Conduct and document post-event evaluations to assess the success of marketing events and gather feedback for future improvements.
• Marketing Campaigns and Brand Management Support
  • Support brand-building efforts by ensuring consistency in messaging, imagery, and tone across all marketing materials.
  • Assist in developing brand positioning strategies and executing brand awareness campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
    

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and erratic environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
