This role will be an integral part of our sales and business development team, collaborating closely with our product and ops teams to enhance the product and streamline customer onboarding processes.

Job Description

On a daily basis, the Account Executive will:

  • Pitch to customers and manage accounts
  • Handle queries and work with operations to onboard account
  • Synthesize feedback from customers and log into Hubspot (have the opportunity to provide feedback to product team with gathered data to back it)
  • Use quantitative data to build a business case
  • Streamline and iterate on the pitch deck and script
  • Listen to the customer and adjust presentation + demonstration based off of this
  • Generate 20-30% of their own leads through their own networking-based efforts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Deep interest in container freight logistics and technology
  • Ability to adjust the discussion based off of what the customer says
  • Ability to hand-off learnings from BD to Ops in written form
  • Synthesize insights quantitative and quantitative data across a large number of deals
  • Discipline to capture data and take notes
  • Worked at a Seed - Series C startup while fulfilling the Sales/BD/Account Executive function

A Plus

  • Has either worked at a logistics technology or logistics company previously
