Job Description

The Onboarding Operations Manager will be in charge of:

  • Customer Onboarding Optimization
    • Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize the customer onboarding process, ensuring successful and efficient customer integration.
    • Set and track key performance indicators for the onboarding process, identifying areas of improvement and initiating necessary changes.
  • Training and Account Set-up
    • Facilitate comprehensive training for team leads and operators on customer processes, troubleshooting, and edge case mapping, enhancing our team's skills and knowledge.
    • Oversee the setup and management of customer accounts on Expedock, ensuring efficient and accurate data mapping and cleaning.
    • Consolidate and create necessary documentation, streamlining the onboarding process and ensuring clarity and efficiency in our procedures.
  • Product Optimization
    • Work closely with the product team to communicate insights gained from onboarding experiences, contributing to product optimization and the development of needed features.


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management and operations.
  • Proven track record in operations and/or account management.
  • Experience in process optimization and training, with strong documentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a fast learning capability and the ability to quickly understand and resolve operational challenges.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
