Job Description
The HR Business Partner for Operations will be in charge of:
- Strategic Alignment
- Goal Alignment: Ensures the eBPO team’s goals are aligned with the company’s strategic priorities, promoting a shared direction and purpose.
- Workforce Planning: Conducts workforce analysis to guarantee the eBPO team is appropriately scaled and skilled to meet both present and future requirements.
- Talent Management
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Collaborates with the EOR and hiring teams to identify and onboard talent that not only meets the customer's technical needs but also fits the company culture, facilitating effective integration.
- Performance Management: Oversees performance management strategies that align with the company’s and customers’ standards, facilitating evaluations and feedback to support development.
- Advisory and Support
- Consultation: Provides advisory support to the eBPO leadership team on HR issues, helping to improve team dynamics and organizational development.
- Conflict Resolution: Manages eBPO workplace related disputes, promoting a positive and productive environment.
- Compliance and Policies
- Legal Compliance: Ensures all employment practices adhere to relevant laws and regulations, considering the separate employer of record scenario.
- Policy Guidance: Advises on the application of HR policies within the eBPO team, adapting company policies to fit their operational needs.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Liaison Role: Acts as a connector between the eBPO team and other parts of the company, enhancing communication and the exchange of best practices.
- Change Management: Assists the eBPO team through changes in operations or strategy, ensuring transitions are smooth and do not disrupt productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree in Human Resources Management or an MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in HR operations and strategic HR roles, preferably within a business partner model.
- Extensive experience in talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations, ideally within the eBPO or related industries.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with a specific focus on compliance management in a multi-national business environment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence all levels of the organization toward achieving common goals.
- Strategic thinker with robust analytical skills, adept at developing HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
