Introduction to the role
The Sales Manager in Indonesia will be responsible for driving the company's customer acquisition, primarily focusing on High Net Worth (HNW) individuals. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including institutional investors, traders, and partners.
- Drive revenue growth for B2C/private customers through effective sales strategies.
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet or exceed the company's revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and continuously enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Who will excel?
- 3+ years of experience in sales/fintech industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the B2C or private customer segment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate cross-culture teams.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Manage workloads and teams across multiple countries and timezones.
