About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Growth to lead our user acquisition and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in performance and growth marketing in emerging markets, coupled with substantial experience in the web3 and crypto sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to drive Fasset's growth initiatives.

What you’ll do?

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels.
  • Performance Marketing: Oversee and optimize performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, user behavior, and key growth metrics, providing actionable insights to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives and seamless user experiences.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the web3 and crypto space to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Who will excel?

Must have:

  • Experience: 7-10+ years in growth marketing or similar roles, with a proven track record of driving user growth in digital products. Extensive experience within the web3 and crypto industries is essential. A deep understanding of emerging markets is also required.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the crypto ecosystem.
  • Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

  • Network: Established relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and partners within the crypto and web3 communities.
