Job Description
Role Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer at Finmo, you will play a crucial role in defining the user experience of our products. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and functional designs, with a strong focus on design systems and dashboard principles. Your work will directly impact the usability and overall success of our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Systems: Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across all product interfaces. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and scale the design system across multiple platforms.
Dashboard Design: Design user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards that effectively communicate complex data. Focus on creating layouts that enhance user experience, ensuring that key information is easily accessible and actionable.
User - Centered Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points. Translate these insights into design solutions that meet business objectives and user expectations.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to ensure alignment across teams.
Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user flows. Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
Visual Design: Ensure that all designs align with Finmo’s brand identity and visual guidelines. Pay attention to detail in typography, color schemes, and overall aesthetics.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to improve Finmo’s design processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of design systems, dashboard design principles, and user-centered design methodologies.
Tools: Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. Experience with prototyping tools and design system management.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your experience with design systems, dashboards, and user-centered design.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
