Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Client Targeting: Identify potential clients and strategic partnerships through in-depth market research.
- Sales Strategy Support: Assist in developing and refining sales strategies to engage and capture key clients.
- Client Outreach: Connect with prospective clients via cold calls, personalized emails, and scheduled meetings.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and update the CRM database with client interactions and information.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to strategic goals.
- Presentation Creation: Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on sales activities, performance, and insights.

Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
- Confident Communication: Ability to confidently engage in conversations, both one-on-one and in group settings, with clients and internal teams.
- Fluent in English: Strong command of spoken and written English to effectively engage with global clients.
- Presentation & Document Creation: Proficiency in creating professional, visually appealing presentations and sales documents using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva.
Preferred Skills:
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to communicate value propositions persuasively to influence client decisions.
- Research & Analytical Thinking: Ability to conduct market research and provide actionable insights.
- CRM Familiarity: Experience or willingness to learn CRM tools for managing client interactions and tracking sales progress.
- Team Collaboration: A proactive mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
Additional Information
Stipend:
Fixed: INR 20,000 per month
Variable: INR 10,000 per month (on leads qualified)
