Flex is building a finance super app for business owners — reimagining every single aspect of the financial workflow and financial services for any entrepreneur. The company has grown revenue 25x+ since publicly launching in September 2023 and is on track to achieve profitability by early 2025. Flex is focused on mid-market businesses ($3 - $100M revenue) that are largely overlooked by existing fintech solutions and reliant on slow and outdated regional banks. We are targeting a ~$1T revenue opportunity that is largely up for grabs.
Flex is a fully remote company and this role can be performed from anywhere.
🕺 About the Role
As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will build and manage processes, systems, and data that span across the customer-buying journey (Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales), including Salesforce as the primary tool. You will collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams, BizOps, Risk, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to ensure RevOps runs effectively and efficiently, supporting achieving company priorities.
✅ What You’ll Do
* Manage GTM tool stack, which includes the CRM, marketing automation, contact enrichment, sales engagement, etc.
* Partner with leaders in Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Data Engineering, and Marketing to implement requirements from newly developed or refined processes and strategies in the CRM and the general GTM stack
*Serve as a Salesforce Data Architect capable of designing and implementing custom objects, fields, and relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem from scratch.
*Work with the Data team to optimize data models around performance, scalability, and business processes [to enhance reporting capabilities, and drive business intelligence across the organization]
*Spearhead core operational processes, such as revenue pipeline forecasting, customer segmentation, commission calculations; and marketing, sales, and customer-success funnel optimization.
* Collaborate to build GTM models for revenue targets, headcount, and capacity.
* Support the quarterly and annual planning process across the GTM functions.
* Contribute and partake in enabling GTM stakeholders with processes and technology.
* Ensure seamless data flow and strong data governance across all GTM systems.
* Develop OKRs, KPIs, and metrics for the different GTM functional areas in partnership with function leaders.
*Generate and maintain datasets, reports, dashboards, and general data/analyticalvisualizations.
*Conduct regular cadence and ad-hoc analysis of performance, productivity, and efficiency at the GTM functional level, then segment/team level, and down to the rep level
⚡️ What You Bring
*At least 5 years building Salesforce architecture/processes
*At least 2 years in manager/director level role at a Fintech
*Focus on data architecture cleanliness, attention to detail
*Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
* Proficient in Sql (we use PostgreSql and BigQuery)
